Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, worn, or tampered with.

- Hair weaves and extensions
- Hair chemicals and hair products
- Cosmetics and beauty products
- Opened hair care items
- Used electric hair tools

Eligibility for Returns
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original packaging
- Tags, seals, and hygiene nets are still intact

Wigs, Weaves & Hair Extensions
For hygiene reasons:
- Wigs, weaves, bundles, closures, frontals, and hair extensions may not be returned if:
- They have been worn
- Combed or brushed
- Washed
- Cut, dyed, styled, or altered in any way
- Removed from original packaging
Please inspect hair products carefully before use.
Hair Chemicals & Beauty Products
Hair chemicals, treatments, shampoos, conditioners, relaxers, dyes, and similar products cannot be returned once opened or used.
If a product arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
Electric Hair Tools
Electric hair tools such as hair straighteners, curlers, clippers, dryers, and related appliances may qualify for return or exchange only if:
- The item is defective upon arrival
- The item is unused
- The item is returned in original packaging with all accessories included
Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, power surges, improper voltage usage, or normal wear and tear will not qualify for refunds.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
